Our coaching programs are designed to meet the needs for sports specific or general strength and conditioning. Every sport requires athletes to have particular physical ability for the athlete to be successful. These abilities affect how the body moves, and they are the name “biomotor abilities”. There are five basic biomotor abilities, which are strength, endurance, speed, flexibility and coordination. Each biomotor ability will have a relative importance depending on the requirements of the sport. Hence a sports specific strength and conditioning program will be designed with enthusiast to the biomotor abilities with the highest relative importance.
