- Metabolic Madness
Need to kick your metabolism into overdrive then Metabolic Madness is for you. Using the concept called EPOC to increase your metabolic rate for up to 24 hours after the workout. This means burning more calories in 45 mins than hours spending on a treadmill.
- Primal Movements
